Compensation for hours of no phone service

December 21 we had a complete telephone outage at my business for several hours. I'm sure you understand how debilitating it is to a business for the phones to be completely out for hours. 
 
I would like to know if Comcast is offering any compensation for that. We pay a lot of money for our service and I would expect if that service is interrupted we would receive some sort of redress.
