Commercial cable replacement

Was told there would be a ticket created to replace our very old cable that is providing broken service.  Two different repair men have been on location two different times and cable is not fixed.  We are new to Comcast following the Frontier fiasco, now I'm afraid we are in the same customer service boat we were in before.  Granted patchy service is better than no service, but we are trying to run a business.  Please help.
