COMCAST FRAUD-DOUBLE BILLING (1 YEAR)

Initial set up: August 2014 for rate of $89.95 (sales rep told me choosing that rate would avoid install fees. Said I could call back or email him after installed and downgrade to a lower rate of $69.95 with no additional fees).

BIG MISTAKE!! After repeated calls to this rep and emails to him, They finally downgraded me, however decided to keep billing me at both the 89.95 and 69.95 rate...

After 20+ phone calls to Comcast, emails to the sales rep, getting hung up on more than once, being put on hold for hours at a time dealing with their nonsense, promised the double charges being taken off, promised all the credits for the double charges, late fees, reconnection fees, taxes all associated to the double billing which was a fault of Comcast, I am still at a loss!!

I have been told by Comcast supervisors this was "a HUGE mistake on their end and it's going to be a difficult process to fix, and they owe me a lot of money."

I even have confirmation numbers of credits they were supposed to apply and never did.

BUT, now they have sent someone to come retrieve my equipment because they have turned off my service because I REFUSE to pay this company another penny until they give me back ALL THE MONEY THEY OWE ME since being double billed with tax, late fees, reconnection fees for almost 1 YEAR!!!

I am in disbelief this company treats their customers this way and is committing fraud by knowingly double billing for services and then sending someone out to my home and tell me that Comcast has bigger attorneys than I could ever imagine and that I needed to give their equipment back.

I politely told him, I would make sure and post all over social media, FCC, FTC, BBB if someone from Comcast was not able to refund EVERY penny they owed me!

I AM SICK OF COMCAST and their UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Thank you for following up. I did receive a call after Comcast investigated my account. Total credit owed to me was $1000+ and services were restored immediately. I was told nothing needed to be done on my end and that I did not owe any money at this time and all notes were incuded. Services were just shut down again...and now, I am without internet service. This is getting out of hand and I am extremely frustrated. Any help once again would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
