Comcast business suspending my service when no money is past due
This has been a nightmare. On Dec 9th I had a small past due balance as told to me by the chat agent, so I paid it that day. On December 12 I was still getting calls about the past due balance that I had already paid & the agent I spoke with on the phone assured me it was a mistake & the next payment wasn’t due until December 28th. On December 14 my service was suspended for the already paid past due balance. I spent 2 hours on the phone with various agents who reinstated the service & said it was a mistake - one said it’s a glitch in the system. On December 15th & 16th the same thing happened. Service was suspended on both days & I had to call to reinstate it by explaining the problem to multiple agents again, all who assured me it was a mistake & guaranteed service would not be suspended again because no money is owed. On December 17, service was suspended AGAIN & because it was a weekend, no Comcast business phone or chat support was available. I’m working overtime on a very important project and needed internet, especially after missing an important video meeting due to this issue during the week, so I paid what was showing as overdue despite all agents telling me I do not owe it, the same amount that I paid on December 9th. Then on December 18 service was suspended AGAIN for a different amount. I have paid the same bill 3 times & experienced 5 service disconnections due to a Comcast error that I need resolved asap
