Comcast Business Contract Help - Early Term Fees wavied for Phone due to issues but not the interet
Our phone was canceled and early contract cancelation fees waived for phone however the retention department is insisting that we pay for the internet since no issues with the internet. There were but in my phone calls I just referred to phone service. Our contract does not say anything that I can find that they are seperate. We just have the one contract. They will not escalate or give me someone else. I have several tickets regarding this and no one is calling me back. I need help.

And I just looked at new bill and still getting charged for internet equipment which was turned in. And when they sent buyout of contract it was not adjusted to exclude phone and they were supposed to send new one which I haven't received even though I do not think we should have to pay buyout for internet since contract was a bulk package. Please I hope you can help me. I can give you all the CR tickets if you want. I have more than 10+ and they just aren't willing to help on the phone.
