Closing account
Hi there
We're moving out of state and trying to close our account. Its been a complete struggle. Called Customer Service 800# multiple times but got bounced around with no clear answer on how to close my account. Last customer service person gave me an e-mail address to send the request to and said that's the only way to do . I got a rejection response saying its the wrong department with no further instructions. Any recommendation on how/who to contact, would be appreciated.
