Chat or Email service

I've been using Comcast Business Internet for 10 days now. The most incovenient thing I felt is that there is no place to ask some simple questions online. Since I'm not a native english speaker, I don't like to make a phone call for anything I want to ask.

Also I saw a lot of complains come from the phone service. Sometimes I clearly remember what I said on the phone, but there is no record/proof for it. If it happens, I hate it.

 

Is there any plan to start the online customer service in the near future ?

I've been asking to activate my old email address which was deactivated when I switched from residential service to business service for more than a week over the phone, no one can help me on this tiny request...

I'm tired of this so disappointing customer service for the business account...

 

All I ask is just follows;

 

(1) Activate my old comcast.net email address (It's deactivated while switching from residential account to business account)

(2) If it's not possible, switch email address for the primary user to a new email address. (and retrieve the email in the old email address)

 

Is it so hard to handle ???

Finally my issue is resolved. I hope that there will be online customer service in the future.

So...when your business relies upon Comcast for their internet...and your phone system is dependent upon an internet connection...and the internet keeps going in and out constantly for weeks...how do we CALL the 800 number? You cannot run a business without reliable internet service.

I had an issue with my BUSINESS class service just a couple days ago.  I was able to chat online first with someone in residential and when they weren't able to help me they transfered me to a high level and they solved my problem.  Today I was having issues once again and I could not get anyone to help via CHAT?...one day yes, the next day no..I don't get it? Either you offer the service or you don't ??

I also would LOVE to be able to pop in and ask a quick question since with my work I am online seems like 24/7 and frankly I don't want to sit on a call with someone I have to repeat answers to or can not understand for the life of me..

 

BUSINESS CLASS PLEASE ADD A CHAT OPTION!!!!!!

Welcome tono2870.  At this time Comcast does not have an online interactive platform for our Business Customers. Online product information and how to articles can be found here (Business.comcast.com).  Account management, additional how to articles as well a link to our Business Forum.  While assistance is available via our peer to peer forum, realtime support is only available via our Service Center @ 1-800-391-3000.

I think it is not accurat to call it "realtime support" I am on hold after I called the Service Center @ 1-800-391-3000 57 minutes ago. Time seems to run A LOT slower at comcast business department...
