Changing Service Address

I have the same problem, I have in vain tried to change the service address for close to 2 years. I am on the verge of cancelling the service to sign up with alternate provider. Reason: every time we have a problem, I inform comcast that the address is wrong, yet they send the technician to the service address on file. Technician calls to inform me they are waiting at "my address", and discussion ensues. After a period of 1/2 - 1 h - probably due to discussion with comcast office, the tecnician finally shows up. It is getting tired.

Two days ago, I made a last attempt to change my service address, and this time my billing address was changed.

What can I say, I am giving up
