Changing Primary User Email Address

I will no longer be the primary user on my account, but am unable to find a way to change the email address to a new primary user. Is this something that can't be done online?

Hello mdonapel and welcome,

 

You have the following options:

 

1. If you have to have your primary email address removed and replace then you will have to contact 800-391-3000, use technical high speed internet, then ask the technical agent to put is a Tier 2 ticket to flush your account and/or to provide the new primary user name, email address, and password and it will be modified in 1 to 2 business days.

 

2.)  If you need a new Primary Email address, you can log in to the current Primary email address, click on users, then add a new user and make sure that you click the checkmark on Bill Access and Services access. This will setup a new user with Primary user permissions.
