Change Primary Email address
Hello all at Comcast Business, I hope this message finds you well and living abundantly.
Please, be kind enough to walk me through the process for changing the email address of the Primary Manager to a different user.

Hello again Genexxa,
You have the following options:
1. If you have to have your primary email address removed and replace then you will have to contact 800-391-3000, use technical high speed internet, then ask the technical agent to put in a Tier 2 ticket to flush your account and/or to provide the new primary user name, email address, and password and it will be modified in 1 to 2 business days.
2.) If you need a new Primary Email address, you can log in to the current Primary email address, click on users, then add a new user and make sure that you click the checkmark on Bill Access and Services access. This will setup a new user with Primary user permissions.
