Change Billing Date

Our company has 4 accounts with Comcast, and I would like to get one of the billing dates changed to roughly coincide with the other 3 billing dates.  How do I accomplish this online or do I have to call?  Thank you.

Hello Joan and welcome,

 

Comcast Billing dates are a direct function of the Comcast Services installation date. You can call 800-391-3000, provide your account number, choose billing option and ask the billing agent see if there is any way for your billing date to be changed.
