can't cancel service

Question

How do I cancel my business services? I have called multiple times and can't ever get a person on the phone! I tried chatting and of course they say you have to call. Please help, I do not use the service it literally doesn't work in my area, but I'm still being charged.

Hello @user_3089e4 when it comes to closing a Comcast Business account you will need to call our support number at (800) 391-3000. I just tested the number and was able to connect with a live agent. You just need to follow the prompts accurately. If you already have an open ticket to close the account, please let us know.
