cannot get PDF for bills
Trying to download the PDF for the current bill (or any bill, for that matter) fails for me. On Chrome, it fails silently. On Firefox, the message "An error has occurred" is displayed. The Chrome JS console shows that the error is a 502 trying to do this POST:
bundle-global-js.js?v=DGsVJvd598bQBlgxuYQWEdd4h2sD8cd0KfplQJPImik1:1 POST https://business.comcast.com/myaccount/api/Billing/GetSMBStatement 502
which suggests that this will fail on ANY browser.
The Chat facility is "unavailable at this time, try later". I found no way of sending mail, and making a phone call from the office is impractical.
I need a printable bill and have no practical way of reporting this problem---so I re-enabled paper bills. Comcast, if you want customers to switch to paperless bills, make sure they work!
