Cancelled cloud service... no services AND getting billed for services that were never requested

I also encountered the unexepected Office365 and web hosting migration and subsequent billing problems.
I tried to contact Comcast Cloud Services and multiple times had my phone call dropped after waiting 30 minutes on hold.
I finally was able to cancel the web hosting and Office 365 services and I was told they would stop billing.
So, I was able to cancel the service eventually and billing did stop. However, I was promised and never was refunded the initial migration "fees" that I never approved.

Fast forward two months... on my latest bill just issued, I am now getting charged for Comcast Cloud Services for the amount of a single Office 365 account... I never authorized this and when I check in the Cloud Services account, My Apps is empty and Activity shows no change in service. There should be no services billed.

At this point, I am so upset with the forced migration and unexpected billing issues that I would like to disallow any future purchases from Comcast Cloud Services!

This is frustrating and unbecoming of an Internet Service Provider or even a Cloud Service Provider. Is there an alternate path to getting this billing issue resolved? I really do not want to communicate with Comcast Cloud Services by phone ever again.

Steve, We have ben having the same issue, I have tried many times to get through on the phone only to either be cut off or I leave a message and no one returns my call. This has been going on since November. Â

Sorry to hear that others have been having the same problems. I have been going around and around with Comcast about the migration and added services for months, with no resolution in sight.
