Call History
Hello.
Under http://businessclass.comcast.net/Secure/ManageServices/ViewCallHistory/, it doesn't show the amount charged for each call made. How can I see how much I was charged for each call?

Hello tonypardo and welcome,
All of your full featured telephone long distance calls from you business are free of charge. You only really get charged for your International calls, 411, long distance calls from your basic FAX or Credit Card telephone numbers(TNs), Toll Free TNs, and Remote Call Forward TNs. All of this should be reflected on your Comcast Billing statement.

Thanks for your reply, but the Call History log doesn't show the amount charged by Comcast on any of the intenational calls made. There has to be an option by Comcast that would provide the amount charged per international call.

If you want that level of call record detail, please call 800-391-3000, use the billing option, then have your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) 2 digit pin to provide tot he billing agent. This agent will be able to track all of your International call transactions and provide the charges for each call. You can also use the placed calls records to see the internations telephone number of the call placed and then multiply is to the country rate code that can be found here.
