Business sales rep promised a $199.99 Gift card to pay for the 'setup'. 2 months & nada
I was promised a $200 gift card to reimburse me for the business setup and its been two months and have not received anything. The voice call was recorded (so he said) and want to follow up on this. I guess I shouldn't take peoples word anymore. It may not be a lot of money, hoever, every penny counts when your a small business with just myself.
All I have are the emails asking that I sign the ROE (right of entry) for my building...which I obviously did of course. I have not received a call back as of today....twice I called.
Any advice?

I was promised a $400 gift card for switching to comcast by a comcast rep. It has been a year since signing up and I still have not received it. That was a big influence in my decision to switch. Every time I call to question I am told to keep waiting another month, another month, another month...etc. If this is how it will continue to be I will have to consider switching providers.

Hello stennexsolutions and welcome to forums,
I apologize if it was not clearly explained to you how the gift cards work. First we require that you have the service installed for at least 30 days prior to having it sent out. Once we have passed that time period we ask that you allow at least 6-9 weeks to receive your gift card. All total the estimated time period is around 13 weeks. If you are beyond this amount of time please send me a private message with more details so I can investigate for you. I hope this helps.
