Business Internet with Resident TV

Recently switched from resident to business class internet.  Still have residential television.  Contacted Comcast Residential they said to contact Business and I keep bouncing back and forth between the two with no resolution.  Can't access Comcast Wi-Fi hotspot thought info said I could still.  My televisions will no longer contact anything on the internet telling me I need Xfinity internet.  Anyone who has a solution please post so I can resolve this.  Thank you.

I know bouncing back and forth between people is exhausting and time-consuming. I will be more than happy to help. I just need to take a closer look at both accounts.
