Business acct bill of $230.00 due on the 28th and still is not been taken out of my account.

I have a business account with a $230 bill each month and it is supposed to be automatically withdrawn on the 28th of each month. The $$ is still in my account and ALMOST went to purchase something before noticing this. Is there a system-wide problem on Comcast's side that is not allowing for auto-payment?

I can certainly review this payment issue. I haven't seen any reports of this being a national issue. Please private message your full name, the full address and the phone number associated with your account.
