Business account

I signed up for a business account which was installed 10/15.  I cancelled this business account on 10/30/15 and have a Docusign document that I signed, has the Ticket Number and indicates the termination fee is $0.  I have already returned the equipment to a Comcast office.  I received a bill from Comcast Business for an amount.  Why do I need to pay this beings I cancelled the service within the 30 days of connection?

Hello mikiehoran and welcome,

According to the Comcast Guarantee ( http://www.xfinity.com/Corporate/Customers/CustomerGuarantee.html ) if you cancel within the first 30 days then you will be refunded in full all payments you have made. So, if you have already returned your equipment and signed you Disconnect Form and returned it to Comcast, you are not obligated to pay anything to the best of my knowledge.

Hope this helps you out.
