 Hi,

Recently I found my billing increased $30 and don't know the reason and what it charges for, it's called recuring charges..

Hi Yuwei.

I would like to assist with your billing concerns and review these charges. Please private message me your account number and the name of your business.

I'm answering this one simply for the record.

If you look back at your previous bills you will likely see a $30 discount each month. If you look at the cost for NEW service you will see the discounted price, which is $30 cheaper than the "regular" price. When your 2-3 year agreement expires the discount is removed and you pay the REAL price. Its the old "existing" vs "new" customer thing.

I agree they should tell you the discount is expiring.
