Bill Always Arrives Late In Mail
Our bill never gets to us within a reasonable time frame. By the time it shows up in our mail, the due date is right on top of us, if not already passed. In today's mail, 7/22/15, we received our bill which has a billing date of 7/2/15 and a due date of 7/16/15. This is completely unacceptable to be receiving a bill PAST its due date. This needs to be fixed.

Rich,
I have a similar problem, but the U.S. Post Office seems to occasionally lose or mis-deliver some of my bills whenever our regular mailman goes on vacation or whatever. I need the "official" bill for my expense records. Is there a way to have my bill delivered both by email and snail mail? (The only options appear to be one or the other). At least I could avoid the unnecessary late fees, and then call in to request the "non-Eco-Friendly" version of the bill to be redelivered.
Thanks

Hello NCLT and welcome,
You have some alternatives in dealing with this as follows:
1. If your Billing Date is 7/2/15 this is when Comcast sends your billing statement out to you. Typically they do this approximately 14 to 21 daysbefore the end of your billing cycle and this makes it somewhere between 16 to the 23rd of the month for you. If you look at page 2 of your billing statement on any of your specific service there will be a date range like Jul 16 (23) to Aug 15 (22) and this represents your actual billing cycle. As long as you payment is posted by the ending day of your billing cycle, there will be no late fees. If you are on this Business Class Poprtal (BCP) forum, I must assume that you have direct access to all of your billing information. on the BCP you have direct access to your billing statements, can ontime pay online using Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) [Online Checking Account using routing number and account number] or Credit Card (CC). You can also setup Auto-Pay onlline via EFT or CC.
2. if you need to only have hardcopy billing statements, then you can contact 800-391-3000, using billing, then have the billing agent fill out an Escalation Ticket to have your billing date changed in order for it to be sent out earlier. It is very puzzling as to why Comcast sends out your billing statement on 7/2 and you do not receive it until Jul 22. If you went Green, then you would be able to access your billing information online as indicated in alternative 1.
Hope this helps you out.
