Autopay has been on for months, but not working.
Our account has been set to autopay for months, but keeps getting disconnected and charged late fees for non-payment. Why? And how do we resolve this?

Hello dmdoughnuts and welcome,
You need to first confirm that you can see within your Business Class Portal billing information,using your administrative email account login, that your auto-pay is set-up. If is not then you can realtime set it up and it usually take 4-6 weeks for activation - fyi. If you confirm that it is set up, then contact 800-391-3000, use the billing option, then inform the billing agent to examine your accout with the biller to make sure it is currently active. This will resolve this issue for you.
