auto pay against my will
This is ridiculous. I have had countless problems with my bill. After paying last month the automated message system asked me if wanted to do auto pay, I said "no", the computer somehow registered that as "yes", it said please confirm by saying your name, I said no again, then it started auto pay, I called Comcast and told them to turn off auto pay, the agent told me he turned it off. If I had any other issues, just call.
Today my account was charged against my will , and brought to a negative balance. This is not okay as I have bills to pay and my bank charged me for the negative balance.
This is not ok. Comcast is taking money out of my account without my will, I have already tried to file a credit card dispute but the bank lady gave me the wrong form twice.. . Comcast told me to file a dispute but the point is I DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT TO GET MY MONEY BACK
