Additional Letters appearing in company name?

Hello!

 

I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this issue.  When our account was created, someone entered our business name as:

 

"C CUSTOM CHEMICAL SERVICES"

 

our company is simply

 

"CUSTOM CHEMICAL SERVICES"

 

I've called in and spoken to someone who said they fixed it, but I just received my bill and it still shows that extra "C"

 

Can anyone tell me how we can get this fixed?

Hello AccountingLM and welcome,

 

You can call into 800-391-3000 and use billing option, then have billing agent provide your an Account Name Change Form via email for you to sign / authorize and send back to Comcast. This will get your account name change implemented for you.
