ACH payment missing

we made an ACH payment that was cleared on nov 9/23 but is not on any of our accounts.  the payment was for $612.40. 

our ticket number for this issue is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

it should have been applied to account [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hi, @user_fdf0e3 Thanks for taking the time to contact Comcast business over our forums page for help with that missing payment. I have been in a similar situation before so I understand the frustration that this can cause. We will certainly do everything within our power to help. Just to confirm, have you also checked with your bank institution about the missing payment?

it cleared our bank and we make monthly payments to comcast for 2 accounts

@user_fdf0e3 Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

 

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

• Press Enter to send it
