800 # not working from Canada

Looks like my 800# is not working from Canada.  It used to...  Please help.

Hello ColumbiaGames and welcome,

 

If you signed up your native or ported Toll Free Comcast TN to include US Domestic, Canada, and Carribean caller incoming, then simply contact 800-391-3000 Option 1, then Comcast Digital Voice, explain your issue to the Technical agent and this will get resolved for you no problem.
