30 day cancellation window doesn't apply to returning customers?
We were experiencing slow Internet speeds and unstable connection with our original Internet plan. We decided upgrade to a higher bandwidth to see if that would solve the problem. We only agreed to try the higher bandwidth because of the 30 day guarantee clearly stated on the agreement. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the issues we were having so we decided to cancel and try something else. However, the rep we spoke to on the phone said the money back guarantee doesn't apply to renewal/upgrading contracts to existing comcast customers. The agreement I signed doesn't have any exclusions for existing customers. Is this correct?

We are facing a similar problem. Did Comcast ultimately let you cancel the new contract? Thank you for any advice you might have!
