Hello jtitley16,

I was going over a few things with some of my peers and the thought of forcing your modem to IPv4 only for a while is the only thing that we can come up with. Has anyone explored this option with you?

No, i have had 2 techs sent out to replace the modem and cable from house to street. I had a tier2 tech tell me he could reach websites via my gateway(which lets be honest is a stupid thing to say about packet loss issues) and a customer service rep that told me the tier2 tech put a note in my gile to close all further tickets on packet loss from me as he could reach websites. Then you are the only other person who has contacted me about this issue.

In a 2 hour session i disconnected from wow 6 times tonight. I cannot continue to use your service at this rate.
