Xfinity Wifi

I'm sure this has been posted before, but I don't have Xfinity Wifi as an option when I check on my phone. I can sign in to either the 2.4 or the 5 networks, but I'm not seeing a public network.

Hello Ciffee and welcome,

 

If you have a Comcast DPC3939B or DPC3941B Gateway (CDG) and you are not seeing your xfinitywifi SSID then it may be disabled and you can check this by going to Manage your Business Private WiFi connection online and making sure it is enabled. If it is enabled and you still are not seeing your xfinitywifi hotspot SSID, you can log into the CDG by ethernet direct connect of any computer/laptop to any CDG LanPort 1-4, bring up a browser and enter 10.1.10.1 in the address field, username=cusadmin, password=highspeed, then click connections, wifi, and insure your xfinitywifi is enabled. Any issues with this login process, please call 800-391-3000, use high speed internet technical option, and speak to a technical agent about this for assistance.
