WORST UPLOAD SPEEDS EVER - GOING ON FOR OVER 1 MONTH !!!! NOT EVEN AT&T ADSL IS THIS SLOW !!!

THE UPLOAD SPEEDS I AM GETTING ARE IN AVERAGE 1MBPS !!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE OVER 25-30 MBPS !!!!
