VPN from China stopped working

About a week ago we became unable to access some chinese websites (e.g. chaoshi.tmall.com ) and also our team in China is unable to connect to our VPN anymore. Same websites are working fine on my home network which is also Comcast. I rebooted the router/gateway with now luck. other  chinese websites are also very slow on Comcast business (office network) but not at home

Have you checked to ensure that your IP address is not blocked? Also, have you considered a static Ip for your setup?

it does seems to be blocked in China :S . I will try to get in touch with the team there to resolve this from thier side if possible. thanks for the help
