VERY slow speeds. Started happening this morning and has gotten worse as the day goes on.

speed is up and down. Uploading can't be used. terrible packet loss. Started this morning EDT. I've reset modem and router. No help. Does this across all devices. Work stoppage.

 

I get 30-40% packet loss just pingiing www.comcast.com. I can't find any reference anywhere if this is happening to others. I check my "status" through the Xfinity app and it says everything is fine and it can see my modem and there's no outages reported etc. But it's getting worse.

I chatted with someone online, they checked things on their end, no problems. I hooked one of my computer via ethernet directly to the modem and got the same results. They want to send someone out here to look at things. 

 

This has happened before. They come out, find nothing, and then magically the speeds improve. If you guys are messing around with traffiic or something, just say so. But you send someone out here and they find nothing wrong and you hope it goes back in a while and the person will just let it drop. But, this is BS. We're trying to run a business here and it's impossible if I can't upload anything.

And as I suspected, last night it all magically went away and internet speeds were normal again. But now this morning, the upload speeds are terrible again.
