Upload speeds: Uhm, what are they now?

For some reason both Comcast Business and Xfinity websites now hide the upload speeds. I can't find them anywhere. What are all the plans' speeds now for both business and residential? (I may need to switch to residential if I can't afford a higher business plan for my home office, so need to compare all. Ridiculous that I can't find this basic info.)

Also, I'm on an old 16/3 business starter plan, but they are now advertising 25 Mbps download as "Starter" at the same price. Should I be contacting them to reprovision me higher -- will that actually make a difference?

Thanks, Doni

Called Comcast Business (since chat is down, as usual). Apparently they've just recently bumped up Starter speeds (and eliminated Deluxe 25), all I had to do was reset my modem and voila. Nice. Unfortunately, the new Starter speeds are 25/5, like residential, not 25/10 like Deluxe 25 was. Now the minimum way to get 10 Mbps upstream is Deluxe 50/10 which costs almost 60% more than Starter. Ugh, no, I don't need more downstream, I need more upstream. So even when Comcast looks like they're doing something positive for customers, they're really not. Sigh.
