Upgraded speed but still the same

I am already a business customer and on Monday upgraded to a faster speed. The sales agent told me that a refresh would be done by the end of the day. As of today, nothing has changed in terms of speed. On Tuesday I emailed her and she told me that she sees that it was upgraded on Monday. As of today, the speed hasn't changed. Now the sales rep isn't replying to my emails. I am not very happy about not getting an update on what is going on.

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging redirects me to https://forums.xfinity.com/

I did click on the direct message icon in the business forum. However, there is no "Xfinity Support" in the drop down list.

where? in the direct message in the business forum? I can direct message but there's no "Xfinity Support" coming up when i start typing it

I am sorry we cannot send a direct message you would need to send it. What options come up? If we keep having issues online please know that we also have agents over the phone at (800) 391-3000.
