TP-Link TC-7620 Download Speed never above 120Mbps

Hello,

Comcast Business recently upgraded my download speed from 100 to up to 300. I run my own modem a TP-Link TC-7620. According to Comcast this modem is compatible with their "Business Internet 300 & 300 Plus & Below".

However, my download speeds never go above 120Mbps. Upload is much less.

Is this a limitation of my modem? Or is this a limitatation of the quality of Comcast's link?

I'm sorry to hear that you are receiving less that your subscribed speeds. Rest assured, you've reached the right team to help troubleshoot. May I ask what troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? For example, have you tried restarting your modem?
