Technicolor CGA4131COM Modem Does Not Have IPv4 Configured
Hello:
Our Comcast Technicolor CGA4131COM modem is connected to our business network thru a Sophos XG 210 firewall. We have not been able to connect to the modem from the firewall. Sophos support has done packet captures on the port connected to the Comcast modem and they are saying that the modem does not have IPv4 configured (just IPv6). We have a static block of IPs (the same for 6-7 years). Can I get some help here? Thanks!
