I have to say, since switching to business, this is BY FAR the most terrible service I have had. I havery to call weekly now about outages in the area. This affects everything pertaining to my business and whenever I call, there is nothing anyone can say or do. There has to be something for crying o

I loose service every time it rains. It’s ridiculous in this day n time the connection can’t withstand rain and disconnects anytime the damn wind blows.

Hello,   Sorry for my delayed response. If you are continuing to have intermittent internet issues that tech support is not able to identify, please send me a private message with more details so I can investigate.   Thank You.

I have the same problem. Whenever Comcast checks equipment or lines, everything is fine. Very anoying and costly for our business. Got to make a change.

Hello, I am hoping for clarification on how this service is supposed to work in a real business setting? My understanding is that the customer has a business cable modem/router combo that they get their general service from. Then the Connection Pro device is connected to the primary device via cat 5

I did not follow everything in the comments but I sure would appreciate knowing how to use my backup for WiFi. They led me to believe it was an automatic switch but that never happens.

We have had a multi day service outage including the backup LTE system. When I call customer support, I get hung up on due to known outage. Isn’t the point of the backup LTE to ensure internet connectivity?
