Technicians each time they leave, the support ticket is closed within 24 hours without fixing the issue. .
We've been grappling with this issue for the last 3-4 months, making multiple attempts to contact customer support without finding a successful resolution. Three technicians have visited our location to address the problem; however, each time they leave, the support ticket is closed within 24 hours without fixing the issue. This ongoing struggle to communicate with customer service has been particularly frustrating. Whenever we engage with the chat support feature, we find ourselves dealing with inexperienced agents who seem more focused on upselling additional services than resolving our persistent internet problems. Even when we manage to redirect the conversation toward our issues, the agents invariably return to basic troubleshooting measures like rebooting the modem or checking cables—essentially starting from square one each time.
