Switching to residential

I have cancelled my business class service for my home based business. I now want to switch back to residential Xfinity internet but the Xfinity website say residential internet service is not available at my location. I assume its because my home address is still listed as a business location. How do I obtain residential internet service if Im still listed as a business?

I can certainly help with obtaining residential services. The account may be coded for as a home based business where we would need to request to have this coded as a residential account. To look into this and submit this request, I'll need your information in a private message.
