Switching to residential

I have cancelled my business class service for my home based business. I now want to switch back to residential Xfinity internet but the Xfinity website say residential internet service is not available at my location. I assume its because my home address is still listed as a business location. How do I obtain residential internet service if Im still listed as a business?

I can certainly help with obtaining residential services. The account may be coded for as a home based business where we would need to request to have this coded as a residential account. To look into this and submit this request, I'll need your information in a private message. Please private message me your first and last name, the name of your business, the full address of the location and the phone number that was associated with your business account.
