Sporadic disconnects and several modem reprovisions
My modem has been reprovisioned several times by Comcast.
All the Comcast business techs are awesom by the way! 🙂
Whenever a firmware is pushed to my Arris SB6190, a modem activation webpage appears. I have to call Comcast and get the modem reprovisioned.
I have owned my modem and my network experiences daily disconnects throughout the day and evening.
What is going on?

The table below contains the log of events that the SB6190 has detected. This log can be important to the service provider to help diagnose and correct problems, if any should occur.
Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;CM-MAC=d4:0a:a9:0d:18:01;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:6f:68:4a;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
