Speed upgrades

I'm always seeing "Comcast increasing internet speeds in ___ at no extra charge". Why does it seem like Business Class customers are always left out of these bumps? I get that we signed a contract, but what incentive do we have to return once the contract is up if we're treated poorly during the contract? For the price of 50Mb service on business class you can get 150Mb consumer service or 100Mb consumer service with no cap. I'm really struggling to see the value at this point, especially since the data cap removal exists on the consumer side now.
