SMTP Email no longer working (2)
Also having issues with outgoing SMTP server. Cannot connect to the following server:
$ telnet smtp.w14c.comcast.net 587
Trying 68.87.20.12...
Connected to smtp.w14c.comcast.net.
Escape character is '^]'.
554 comomta-ch2-01v.sys.comcast.net bizsmtp ESMTP server not available
Connection closed by foreign host.
Why was the original thread of this locked? Please assist, as outgoing/external mail is not possible.

Hi Johnx and welcome to the business forums.
I can also reviewing your email issue as well. I'll need a private message with your full name, the full service address and the phone number associated with the account for authentication purposes please.

the problem is on the smtp not on the account, can't connect on smtp
