Slow slow sloooooooow Internet
We are supposed to have 16 Mbps Internet; yesterday, we clocked it between 1.95 Mbps and 3.25 Mbps using three different tools (two provided by Comcast). What do you do with bandwidth and speed so low and slow?

Hello Versal and welcome,
First, are you measuring your Internet Tier Bandwidth speed with a computer connected with an Enet cable to one of the lanpports 1-4 on the back og the Comcast Gateway? If yes, then provide us a copy of your upstream/downstream power levels for analysis. If no, then try the speed test there and let us know what you get.
