Since yesterday my downstream drops randomly from 55Mbps to 5Mbps, and upstream are cut in half 10Mbps to 5Mbps. I am in White Marsh, MD area. Are you guys working on something? This is getting ridiculous.
Do you get the same results if you connect a computer hard-wired directly to the Comcast gateway? Also, can you post a screenshot of your signal levels up& down from http://10.1.10.1
