SLooww CHICAGO supposed to be 18mbs business actual 1mb
SO getting really slow numbers from speedtest.net and YES I know what I am measuring without using a service that gives an "enhanced" reading. ALSO the icon ( bottom right of business account page) says "service ok" which clearly does NOT cover speed!!!!
I also ran a few ping tests from a linux machine I use and for good measure reset the modem several times including one hard reset.
I pay for 18mb BUSINESS so this is not great I am in Chicago
set up the account about a month ago and had no problems until this week
1 SO my questions ARE who do I EMAIL to get this resolved?
2 how do I check for system problems using the web, I tried using the instructions online BUT they don't seem to work for business accounts.
here are the signal details. Any guidance appreciated

Hello majokong and welcome,
Your Downstream power level is clearly out of spec. You need to contact 800-391-3000, have a technical internet agent provide a technician to come to your business to correct your wiring, splitters, or modem root cause issues.
Hope this helps you out.
