Signal dropping consistently. Usually for 10-20 minutes but sometimes for hours.
I was wondering if anyone can help me maybe figure out what's going on with my internet. It seems to crash consistnently but especially in the evenings. I screen shotted the logs during a particularly long outage. The things i've tried so far are removing an uneeded spliter, restoring the modem to factory defaults (it's only a couple months old) and moving the modem to be plugged in right where the cable is coming into the wall. That seemed to help a little. Any help would be greatly appreiated.

Also i've been on with support twice and they basically just said since I own my own modem and router that must be the problem and that they couldn't help unless I bought a new modem from them.
Or tried to upsell me on my speed. In fact, one point of humor, the last guy told me that 25 mbps down is the speed for a really old outdated plan. And that there's no way 2 people could exist on that speed. He said it's really only fast enough for a single point of sale system. I'm pretty happy with 25 😛 atleast when it actually works. And it's not completely gone or sometimes it'll just run at 1.5~
