Severe Latency

Route between endpoints of VPN appears to be longer than usual, as we are experiencing severe latency with very little bandwidth utilization.

I can certainly and review your latency. If the issue is within the Comcast network, I'll be glad to send a tech. If this issue is isolated to only VPN services, you may need to check the configuration of your personal network.
