Service outage in my neighborhood in 22701

Had a network drop yesterday right before work (I work at home!) and it luckily came back in about 15 mins. Last night streaming got flaky and testing from my gateway indicated 1 Mbps down/30Mbps up (I pay for 300/30). Wake up this morning and restart modem and even power cycle it and no connection at all. My neighbors are also having issues so it's not just me. And I've worked in IT/InfoSec for decades so, yes, I've tried everything I can try on my end.

This is a priority fix for me because I work at home full time!

I work from home as well so I certainly understand the importance of having a reliable connection and even more so the stress and frustration that is caused when you don't see that reliability! @Comcast_Valerie  Hmm...strangely when I go to DM you your name doesn't come up in the list of users I can contact. I see others, but not your account. Can you DM me?

Didn't see Xfinity Support as a user either. Sent a DM to "Comcast Business" hoping that'll work (oh wait, that may just be a bot). Maybe it's just my browser but don't see a send message icon or anything on your profile.
