My response:

It's clear from reading forum posts on this issue that contacting the Cloud Solutions team would waste my time and raise my blood pressure. Even if we were willing to buy an add on to get back this functionalilty previously included with our service, posts from people who engaged Cloud Solutions and bought additional services make it clear that they did not end up with a working outbound SMTP server usable from an SMTP enabled non-Microsoft app.

Yes, this is amazing. I have the same problem. The other formum message with this title says it is "solved" and has a "see solution link". But no information or solution is given.

If the service is chagned or discontinued, have the decency to post the information for everyone dealing with it rather than trying to make everyone contact Comcast individually by phone.

Yes, they should just own up to what the situation is rather than taking every post to PM. You can buy outbound SMTP service for less than 50 bucks a year for low volume, and I'm sure everyone who has run the Cloud Solutions gauntlet has wasted more than 50 bucks worth of their time.

Comcast Business no longer supports email. Email services have been migrated to Cloud Solutions. To resolve any email issues, contact with Cloud Solutions is required. I have posted a following link that contains their contact information.
