Repeated DDOS Attacks for the last two weeks, does Comcast Security Assurance do anything?
I have been dealing with this since my business class service went in 2 months ago. 2 weeks ago it got so bad that half the time my IP phones don't work and forget about conducting business.
Does anyone at Comcast Security Assurance do anything?

Sorry to hear about your service issues. I am escalating this issue with Comcast Security Assurance but for the meantime I have disabled IPv6 addressing in your modem to try and stave-off any IP based attacks. Once I hear word back from them I will update you via private message.

Sir,
The issue as well as the 24 ticket that they have opened to handle the problem has been sittiing with CSA for the last 2 weeks.
I have been waiting to hear from someone, anyone on what would be done to resolve the issue. Unfortuantely not only do the folks at CSA not understand networking, they don't understand that when a return call is promised it should be kept.
The only thing that your CSA department has been able to do reliably is lie about there never being anyone to handle a problem, After putting up with 5 equipment failures that caused major outages in the area as well as the numerous "mini" outages caused by the fact that Comcast has no control over their network, makes me sick. It also makes me wonder what you folks are doing with the money that I send you every month for service.
